Returns & Exchanges

Returns: returns are welcome for a full refund, less shipping,  IF items are unwashed, unworn, and returned in the original packaging. 

Exchanges: Since each product is created upon ordering, exchanges will be treated like a return, and a new replacement item will be created just for you.  Normal shipping charges will apply.

Shipping Charges &
Delivery Timeline

Shipping charges are complicated.  To save everyone a lot of headache and remain fair for everyone, we charge flat rate shipping by weight.  The more your order weighs, the more it costs to ship.

Delivery Timeline: We love instant gratification as much as the next guy, but our products are made in America and created for each customer, each order. Production of your order is usually done in 2-3 days, then it is shipped, which usually takes another 5-7 days.  This means you probably won't see your purchase for at least 8 or 10 days from date of purchase.  But hey - we promise it will be worth the wait!

Custom Products

Standard shipping rates and delivery timeline apply to all custom orders.  The only thing different is our return policy.  Unless the work on our end is totally botched, we offer no refunds for custom items. 

Payment Methods

Basically, we accept most of the normal ways you pay for stuff.  Most of you are pretty good at ordering online by now, so we won't bore you with details.  If you hit a snag, let us know :-)
